I've lived in California for more than 30 years but, with limited resources (i.e no car or money to travel), I really didn't get a chance to see much until I was over 40. And it's only been in the last five years or so that I found myself getting back into photography.
While I have enough photographs from both Yosemite and Death Valley to create a gallery for each location, this gallery is for shots taken here and there along the coast or in other locations.

This has perhaps a bit too much post-processing.
Perhaps you are asking yourself, "If he thinks some of his shots have too much post processing - why doesn't he just go fix them instead of posting them and stating "this probably is too much?".
Good question. I sometimes like to let things sit a while too see how I feel later. But, in addition to seeing how I feel about them later, it seemed one benefit of having a web "gallery" was to solicit the opinions of others. Of course, in reality, few people visit and fewer comment. But that is the reason for stating something like "I'm not sure I like this" and leaving the image up anyway.
